Our Client, a very well regarded practice based in Surrey is currently looking for a temporary Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary to cover for a period of one year.
The Role:
- Providing efficient administrative support service to Fee Earners, including the preparation of high quality documents, proposals and presentations;
- Document production on Property matters;
- Onboarding new clients whilst adhering to the Firms compliance procedures;
- Extensive diary management, using Microsoft Outlook;
- Supporting Fee Earners with invoicing;
- Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous secretarial experience
- Current working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and digital dictation;
- Proactive, professional attitude with exceptional attention to detail.
