About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join one of our well-established clients in Sheffield. You will play a pivotal role in managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages, from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a busy caseload of residential property matters
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing
• Handle the full range of transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions
• Prepare and review legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm protocols

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing (NQ-10years PQE)
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to handle a caseload efficiently and effectively
• Experience using case management systems is an advantage
