SAP Trainer and Content Developer

We are working with Gloucestershire County Council who are looking for a SAP Trainer and Content Developer to deliver some pre-existing content, and create further training materials in the areas of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Data Warehouse, SAP Finance, and Ariba.

You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and trainers to develop high-quality training content. Experience of using Enable Now will be advantageous as it is a key delivery platform for the training deployment.

Location: Gloucestershire County Council 

Set-up: Hybrid – a requirement to deliver some on-site training

Rate: £455/day via umbrella inside IR35

Duration: Initial 6-weeks, potential extension

Hours: Full-time position

Responsibilities include:

• Delivery of training: The predominant training delivery requirement will be to lead and facilitate guided e-learning sessions using Enable Now. There is a requirement for some in person instructional delivery at key locations and the potential for delivery of bespoke webinars or session support
• Content Development:  Create engaging and effective training materials using Enable Now, including training manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and interactive exercises, for SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Data Warehouse, SAP Finance, and Ariba
• Collaboration:  Collaborate with subject matter experts and the existing trainers to understand technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly training materials suitable for both beginners and advanced users
• Customization:  Tailor training content to meet the specific needs and objectives of user groups ensuring that it aligns with business processes
• Quality Assurance:  Review and update existing training materials as required to keep them current and accurate, reflecting any software updates or changes
• Multimedia Integration:  Utilize multimedia tools and software to enhance the interactivity and engagement of training materials
• Feedback Integration:  Gather feedback from end-users to continuously improve and refine training content
• Documentation:  Maintain clear documentation of training materials, version control, and content libraries

Requirements:

• Local Government experience required for initial shortlisting, then thereafter at the client’s discretion
• Experience of using Enable Now will be advantageous as it is a key delivery platform for the training deployment
