Interim SEND Team Manager
Based in London
Hybrid Working – 2 Days Per Week Onsite
Inside IR35
The Interim SEND Team Manager will oversee the SEN Placements and a Phased Transfer processes for the SEND department of a London Borough.
Key Responsibilities of the interim SEND Team Manager:
- Ensure statutory deadlines, processes and procedures are followed and the caseloads of the team are fulfilled, allocated and managed
- Oversee the placements and phased transfers – approx. 200 cases in total, 0-year 8
- Line management of 11 team members
- Support the team whilst restructures take place
Skills and experience required of the interim SEND Team Manager:
- Strong line management and experience leading am SEND team
- Phased transfer experience is also essential
- Enhanced DBS
- Must be able to display excellent working knowledge of Children’s and Families act and SEND Code of Conduct
