Job Opportunity – Senior HR Advisor

Venn Group are currently working on a position with a highly regarded healthcare organisation, based in Hertfordshire, to source an HR Advisor for the following assignment:

Location: Hertfordshire (hybrid working, two days on-site per week, three remote)

Contract: 4 months+

Rate: £24.77 per hour, umbrella

Hours: 37.5 per week

Your duties will include:

• Assisting in resolving complex employee relations issues, and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
• Providing HR advice on sickness, disciplinary and grievance cases
• Working with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
• Providing HR advice to a range of internal stakeholders on HR and workforce matters

The successful candidate should have:

• An ability to build relationships and communicate with people
• Experience of providing advice and support to managers at all levels in all key aspects of employee relations
• An up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice and the skills to apply and interpret this including data protection & security
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise work
• Must have experience handling employee relations within a unionised environment
