School Caretaker
Venn Group are supporting an organisation based in Essex with the recruitment of a Caretaker to lead their busy teams across a large site
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Essex
- Duration: Permanent
- Salary: £26 - £28k dependant on experience
Duties:
- Open / close premises each day as primary key holder
- Oversee external cleaning contractors and liaise with provider
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across the site including carpentry and plumbing
- Ensure H&S standards are consistently maintained in line with policies and procedures
- Arrange specialist works and monitor progress
- Complete emergency light testing
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience carrying out maintenance
- Education experience is desirable
