Team Leader - Supported Accommodation

Venn Group have been approached by a Support Organisation and would like to introduce the following positions available

Position:          Team Leader

Location:         Preston

Salary:             £28,329.60 p/annum                        

Duration:         Permanent

Hours:             40 hours p/week with 4 x 10 Hour shifts per week on a 3-week rolling rota

                        (including weekends)

The role will predominantly involve:

• Conducting regular supervisions, probations, and appraisals for the supported accommodation managers
• Assisting in the leadership and management of the home's daily operations, ensuring a
• safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for our young people
• Overseeing the implementation of support plans and safety intervention plans, tailoring
• interventions to meet the individual needs of each young person and monitoring progress
• Developing and maintaining effective communication with staff, young people, families,
• and external agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to support
• Managing administrative tasks, including record-keeping, reporting, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

The successful candidate ideally will have effective Leadership (at least 12 months) within a similar environment. Working in partnership with multi-agencies, confident with outlook, word and excel.
