A co-ordinated and rapid response to three specialist requirements
Dean & Wood, the UK's leading supplier of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, approached Venn Group to manage the end-to-end recruitment of three positions that would strengthen the service offering of their IT department.

run recruitment processes for three roles concurrently to minimise employer’s time commitment

Our specialist IT team worked with D&W to create attractive job specifications and budgets to ‘cut through’ in the current highly competitive market
Advised the client that they would attract the best candidates by recruiting for permanent roles (rather than temporary-to-permanent placements)
Using our unique team structure, we were able to search and shortlist for all three roles simultaneously
Our detailed knowledge of the client, as an established supplier to D&W, enabled us to match candidates in skills and fit, ensuring loyal and motivated placements and minimising the risk of dropouts
Managed the client’s own recruitment process, including scheduled contact and interviews
Outcomes Delivered:
All three roles were successfully placed within a week of the client approaching us
Shortlisted five high-quality candidates, after shortlisting and screening over 80 qualified candidates
Within 48 hours, supplied CVs including covering statements for the IT Manager position
Managed the recruitment process end-to-end, keeping it running smoothly and with no disruption to the client’s own work
