Steve Hill (shill@venngroup.com)

With over ten years’ experience in recruitment, Steve is a Senior Manager in our London office and currently oversees our Healthcare and Central Government division. Steve has built multiple successful teams across various sectors and is currently responsible for driving the growth and strategy across our Healthcare Technology team. His core areas of expertise include building client relationships, supplier management, executive-level appointments and the supply of highly technical requirements.

Renay Demoore (rdemoore@venngroup.com)

Renay manages our Healthcare Technology team and has been working in the digital and technology space for the past seven years. She has an excellent technical understanding which she uses to great effect when recruiting those niche hard-to-fill positions, and prides herself on consulting with clients to find solutions that meet their business needs.

Mike Range (mrange@venngroup.com)

Mike is our national Client Solutions Director, supporting our clients and recruitment teams nationally to deliver technical resourcing solutions ranging from single experts delivering SoWs to services of 100+ resources. Mike is also our national lead for government frameworks and has previously worked in our Digital Team as a Project Manager for our CRM and integrated applications.

Aleksandra Staniak (astaniak@venngroup.com)

Aleksandra has been with Venn Group for 18 months and has made a huge impact to the Healthcare Technology team. She strives to build successful relationships based on delivering a seamless service to clients and candidates alike and will always go the extra mile to ensure the highest of standards.

Tom Madderson (tmadderson@venngroup.com)

Tom is the lead consultant for Healthcare Technology within our Milton Keynes office. For over seven years he has worked closely with digital leaders within the NHS, building strong relationships and positioning himself as a delivery partner for key pieces of work. He prides himself on a consultative and adaptive approach which has seen him supply to roles from Service Desk to C-Suite. Tom has a particular interest in the work we place of a highly technical nature and takes pride in anything that promotes a more digitally mature NHS.
