Purchase Ledger Clerk role waiting to be filled
Venn Group have been approached by a Private Company, and would like to introduce the following available position.
Position: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Location: Ashington (Office Based)
Hourly Rate: £13.50-14.50 PAYE including holiday pay
Length: 5 Months
Hours: 30 hours p/week
The role will predominantly involve:
- Processing, coding a high volume of invoices
- Matching GRN's to orders and invoices
- Handling customer queries via telephone/email
- General Bookkeeping and bank reconciliation
- Monitoring the purchase ledger inbox
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, have an basic knowledge of Excel including VLOOKUP’s/Pivot Tables, and be available at short notice.
