Administrator
We’re looking for an experienced Higher Education Administrator to join a prestigious London University. The post holder will join a newly established team and will play a pivotal role in supporting the academic and research endeavours of its postgraduate community. This is initially a 6 month contract, with the potential to progress to a permanent basis.
Role:
- Build and maintain relationships to ensure a high quality student experience
- Ensure that agreed processes and procedures are adhered to and provide a co-ordinated approach to recruitment, admissions, enrolment, progression and examination of Postgraduate (PGR) students
- Maintain a strong knowledge PGR programmes offered by the University and be fully conversant with the universities entry requirement and admission policies
- Support and improve processes used to manage the student journey
- Support the administration and organisation of departmental events
Skills & Experience required:
- Knowledge and experience of working in the Higher Education sector (Postgraduate experience is highly desirable)
- Experience organising and coordinating events
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong administration skills
Role information:
- Salary: £32,624 (paid on equivalent hourly rate basis)
- Working hours: 35 per week
- Length of contract: 6 months
- Location: London (hybrid working 2/3 days on site per week)
