Administrator
We are seeking a dedicated and organised administrator with a background working in the education sector, to join a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Wandsworth. This role will primarily involve receptionist duties while also providing vital support to the assessments and placement team.
Hourly rate: £15 - £17
Hours per week: 36
Location: Wandsworth
Contract length: 2 months ongoing
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting students, parents, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and effective communication
- Coordinating appointments and maintaining student and staff schedules
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and record-keeping to support school operations
- Helping the assessments and placement team with documentation and simple administrative tasks
Person specification:
- Experience working in a School
- Must hold a current Enhanced DBS
- Skills and passion for supporting a SEN environment
