Rate: £300per day Umbrella LTD

Duration: 6 months

Start Date: ASAP

Location: West Midlands

Hybrid (3-4 days home working) - Remote working can be negotiated for the right candidate with extensive experience, but being able to go on site on a sporadic basis would be an advantage to securing the position

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our client. This role is available due to a team member being seconded to another department. Your primary focus will be reviewing and finding efficiencies in the Admin Support for Children’s Services (a team of 30-40 members) to identify areas for improvement. There may also be involvement in other projects outside Children’s

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing and improving admin processes for Children’s Services.
• Collaborating with the team to identify and implement improvements.
• Potentially working on a review of food waste management processes.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in business analysis, particularly in public services.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Power BI experience is a plus but not essential.

We are ideally looking for someone who could go on site when needed, however this wont be frequent.
