Income Support Officer - Interim 3 month Contract
Venn Group are delighted to announce that they are working with a prestigious London based University for an exciting interim Income Support Officer role
The Income support officer will be responsible for the managing of tuition fees and supporting during the busy enrolment period.
Job responsibilities include:
- Answering the phone to students whilst dealing with a high volume of calls
- Email communications and reconfirming information
- Managing all student queries relating specifically to tuition
- Supporting the high volume of international students
The successful candidate MUST have:
- Prior experience dealing with high volume of calls
- Experience working within a University (Highly Desirable)
Position: Income Support Officer
Contract length: 3 months
Hourly Rate: £18.50
Location: Remote Working
