Venn Group are currently working on a position with one of our highly regarded healthcare organisations, based in Hertfordshire, to source a remote working Clinical Recruitment Agency Coordinator for the following assignment:
Clinical Recruitment Agency Coordinator (remote working / home based)
Location: Hertfordshire (remote working)
Contract: 6 months temporary to permanent
Hours: 37.5 per week
Rate: £13.45 per hour including holiday pay (£26,800 per annum for permanent position)
Your duties will include:
- Acting as first point of contact for clinical agency queries, managing the relationship externally and ensuring that the organisation can dictate the terms of engagement through the creation of agreed rates for key roles and the formation of a preferred supplier list
- Working closely with the Compliance Coordinator to ensure that a consistent approach is maintained across agency clinician and self-employed clinical workforces
- Leading on the creation of rate card and terms of engagement to inform utilisation of agency contractors
- Leading on the development of a preferred supplier list for clinical agencies, ensuring that engagement of agency clinicians is on the organisations terms and minimises overspend
- Managing the relationship with clinical agencies to ensure appropriate utilisation and sourcing of agency clinicians where required to ensure a safe service is delivered
- Ensuring all agency clinicians sourced have cleared all required checks prior to them working in the organisation’s services
- Tracking and reporting on utilisation of agency clinicians by area within the organisation
The successful candidate should have:
- Previous experience in an administration role, ideally in a recruitment environment
- Experience in a client facing/customer service position
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with situations in a sensitive manner
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tact and diplomacy, be self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
- Good proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and an ability to adapt to changing priorities
