Job Title: Commercial Property Locum

Job description: We have a fantastic opportunity to join a Local Authority as a Commercial Property Locum. The client is ideally looking for someone on a hybrid fill time basis for a 3-month rolling basis whilst they recruit perm.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling a full caseload of complex Commercial Property files

• Dealing with land swap and renting of charitable trust land in Local Authorities

• Managing and liaising with external firms on big disposals/acquisitions

Working Arrangement: Hybrid, flexible on volume of travel, full time or 4 days

Rate: £50-55 per hour, umbrella

Duration: 3 months rolling basis whilst the authority look to recruit permanently

This role is suitable for candidates with previous experience dealing with charitable trust land in Local Authorities
