Commercial Property Locum

We are recruiting for a Property Locum to join a Merseyside based Local Authority whilst they recruit permanently into the post. The ideal candidate will have previous public sector legal experience.

• Handling a predominantly Commercial Property caseload
• Landlord and tenant work
• A mixture of work both freehold and leasehold

Start: ASAP

Duration: 3-6 months initially, with scope to extend

Working Arrangement: Full-time (37 hours a week), hybrid

Travel: Office attendance required on Mondays and Tuesdays

Rate: £55 per hour, umbrella
