Customer Resolution Specialist Roles – Based in Manchester!
Venn Group is proud to be working with a leading Housing Association to introduce an exciting opportunity:
Position: Customer Resolution Specialist
Location: Manchester
Rate: Negotiable, depending on experience
Length: Minimum 6 months
Hours: 35 hours per week, with flexible working options
Key Responsibilities:
- Phone based role, dealing with all customer enquiries, including rent, housing and anti-social behaviour
- Explain the rent arrears process and outline the consequences for non-payment in clear and professional terms
- Refer complex cases to specialist income, ASB, housing teams and other departments within the business
- Manage low-level rent arrears and all tenancy enquiries and ensure tenant accounts are accurately updated
To be considered for this role you will need to have experience in working in a similar role
Previous experience within a Social Housing setting is preferred and experience with QL is desirable
