Job description: We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join one of our renowned clients in Newcastle on a permanent basis. Our client is looking for someone who is happy to work in the office under a newly appointed Partner.
Applications will be considered from candidates that are available on either a full or part-time basis.
Duties:
- Assist with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages.
- Support the preparation and management of legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
- Conduct searches, due diligence, and gather relevant information for property transactions.
- Manage the opening of case files and client onboarding ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Provide administrative support to the partner and the wider team as needed.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure high standards of client care.
- Help develop and implement efficient processes as we establish our new office.
Salary: Dependant on prior experience
Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential; exposure to commercial property work is an advantage
