Job description: Venn Group have been approached by a Local Authority in the South West to recruit a Council Tax Officer. The vacancy will be running until the end of March 2025 with a possible extension. This is a remote role.

Duties:

• Carried out all administration relating to the billing of Council Tax
• Set up and closed council tax accounts
• Processed change of circumstance including discounts and exemptions
• Updated accounts and dealt with move ins/outs
• Set up Direct Debits
• System used: Civica OPENRevenues

Hourly Rate: Negotiable
