Job description: We are currently recruiting for a Court of Protection Fee Earner on behalf of a reputable law firm situated in Merseyside on a hybrid basis. The position will initially be on a temporary basis, with the scope to then join the practice on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have prior experience running a caseload consisted of Court of Protection Property and Finance on behalf of individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries.

In addition, the client is looking for candidates available immediately.

Working hours: Open to considering both full or part-time applicants

Duties:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Court of Protection work
• Strong knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
• High level of empathy and professionalism when dealing with vulnerable clients

Hourly rate: Dependant on prior experience (outside IR35)
