Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within a North West Public Sector Organisation as a Locum Criminal Prosecutions Senior Legal Assistant. The client is looking for someone to start in the new year, on an ad-hoc basis (3-5 days per month), for an initial period of 3 months, with scope to extend further. Qualified Solicitor's will be considered on an ad-hoc basis for this position. Monthly attendance at court is required to present monthly prosecutions list and perform trials where applicable.
The ideal candidate will be a senior legal assistant/paralegal with a knowledge and experience of the Criminal Procedure Rules and local authority, or train operating company prosecutions.
Hourly rate: DOE
