Strategic Change Programme Manager – Finance Change (TMT Industry)
6-Month Initial Contract | London | Hybrid Working
A Strategic Change Programme Manager is required to join the Central Strategy Team, focusing on leading the development and ensuring the delivery of long-range strategic plans (3-10 years) and the annual budgeting process. The role involves working closely with the Executive Committee, commercial, operational, and finance teams, as well as shareholders to shape strategic plans, address key opportunities and risks, and ensure alignment across the business. Monitoring the execution of these plans and integrating learnings into future strategies will also be a key aspect of the role.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and assurance of long-range strategic plans (5-10 years) and the annual budgeting process
- Work with Executive Committee, Senior Leadership, Finance Teams, and Shareholders to shape and refine strategic objectives
- Ensure cross-business alignment and approval of strategic plans
- Track the execution of plans, identify variances, and incorporate learnings into future strategies
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making at the executive level

- Internal: Executive Committee, Senior Leadership Team, Finance Teams
- External: Shareholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in a strategic programme management role within Finance Change, ideally within the TMT industry
- Expertise in financial planning, strategy execution, and performance tracking
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders at an executive level
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, analytical approach
- Experience in orchestrating cross-business alignment and approvals
