A position has arisen for an Electrician within a housing association based in Greater Manchester. This role is on a temporary to permanent basis.

The successful candidate must have experience working on domestic properties and have the relevant below qualifications.

Your duties will include:

Responsive electrical repairs on social housing
Complete EICR's
Ensuring all documentation is to the correct standard and is stored correctly
Work within tenanted properties

The successful candidate must have:

NVQ level 3 electrical installation or equivalent
18th Edition
2391 testing & inspecting
Driving Licence (van & fuel card provided)
