Finance Officer

Venn Group are currently engaged with a Housing Association who are looking to recruit a well rounded Finance Officer to support the payables team. The Successful Finance Officer will be responsible for a ensuring payments are processed accurately and timely.

Job title:           Finance Officer

Location:          Kent

Contract:          6 month fixed term contract

Salary:              £30,000 - £32,000 pa

Job responsibilities:

• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
• Process BACS payments
• Ensure the organisation is compliant with procurement frameworks
• Ensure all data is accurately inputted and handled confidentially
• Provide a high level of service to external customers
• Assist with creating more efficient processes

Experience:

• Knowledge of the Housing sector
• Knowledge of Advanced Financials
