Finance Systems Officer in London

An exciting position has arisen for a Finance Systems Officer to join an internationally recognised Membership Charity based in Central London. The role will be primarily working with the Finance Manager to test the new P2P system and managing the purchase ledger function.

Key responsibilities:

To assist the Finance Manager in testing the newly implemented Proactis P2P system and providing solutions to issues
To review and suggest improvements for scripts created by the Financial Controller for Proactis
To manage the purchase ledger function
To carry out payment runs when necessary
To process invoices on Proactis
To post journals onto the system
To carry out cash book postings
To perform general finance transactions on SUN (Q&A) as requested by the Finance Manager

Successful candidate profile:

Experience of involvement in a finance system implementation
Experience with Proactis P2P system (highly desirable)
Experience with SUN Q&A (highly desirable)
At least 3 years experience in a Finance role
