Financial Reporting Manager

Venn Group are currently partnering with a leading Housing Association who are recruiting for a Financial Reporting Manager to join their growing team. As the Financial Reporting Manager you will oversee Financial Accounting, Management Accounting and Technical Accounting (Capital, Tax, Leases, Grants) and work with the wider finance team to continuously improve processes.

Salary:              £65,000 - £75,000 pa

Contract:           Permanent  

Duties:

• Produce statutory accounts and lead the annual financial account preparation
• Ensure all fixed assets are accounted for in accordance with accounting standards
• Manage capital spend and monitor balance sheet values
• Liaise with business partners, evaluating development schemes
• Lead on the annual budget process, and prepare reports for management
• Create and submit tax returns and account for VAT
• Manage a team and provide support to ensure they meet their objectives

Experience:
