Job Title: Gas Repairs Engineer

Venn Group have been approached by a social housing provider in Stockport to recruit for a Gas Repairs Engineer on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidiate should have experience in a similar role previously 

Your duties will include:

• Working on tenanted and void social housing properties
• Complete day to day repairs including fault finding, gas leaks, radiators etc.  
• Servicing of gas appliances in properties including, heaters, cookers and fires   
• Providing CP12 certificates 

The successful candidate should have:

• Driving Licence (van & fuel card provided)
• Core domestic ACS Modules including CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1 
• NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent Gas related qualification  

It is essential the successful candidate has a full UK Driver’s Licence (as a van is provided).
