Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Trust and would like to introduce the following position available
Position: Housing Complaints Administrator
Location: Northwich, Cheshire – Hybrid working
Rate: £13.98 p/hour PAYE (Including Holiday Pay)
Hours: 37 hours p/week
Length: 3 months
The role will predominantly involve:
- Dealing with Customer engagement complaints
- Fulfilling administrative functions such as sending emails, collating folders, and sending letters
- Logging complaints from incoming calls from tenants
- Working alongside a complaints coordinator to ensure all complaints are answered timely and effectively
The successful candidate must be able to start within short notice and have experience within doing a similar role previously
