Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a Council based in the West Midlands in the search for a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer.  This is a part-time position working alongside an experienced member of the team, where you will be assisting providing advice on all commercial property matters.

Duties may include:

• Providing advice and supporting the Council on all commercial property matters such as leases, wayleaves, licences, disposals, and lease extensions
• Preparing, negotiating, and advising on all aspects relating to regeneration projects and commercial property work
• Drafting, amending, and finalising legal documents crucial to a variety of property matters    

This post is part time, (21 hours per week) on a remote basis offering up to £55 per hour Umbrella.
