Personal Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join the team at a Not-For-Profit organisation, dedicated to promoting sustainability on a global scale. The successful postholder will provide support to the CEO by managing their schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, and supporting with day-to-day activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to the CEO, including diary management and prioritisation of workload
- Organise and facilitate meetings for the SLT and Trustees, including scheduling and sending invitations
- Take minutes during key meetings and draft committee papers
- Arrange and book travel and accommodation
- Act as a point of contact for all internal and external enquiries to the SLT
- Produce high-quality documents, reports, and presentations in collaboration with SLT members and Trustees, including drafting and proofreading
- Ensure that assigned compliance checks are completed within specified timeframes
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a PA/EA role within the Not-For-Profit sector
- Skilled in taking minutes during SLT meetings
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Immediately available to interview and start

Contract: 6 month interim contract, with possible extension
Rate: £17-19 per hour
Working hours: Full-time
Working pattern: Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)
