Venn Group has been approached by an established Housing Association within the Manchester area to recruit for a Plumber on a temporary ongoing basis.
As the successful candidate you will have experience working in a similar role.
The duties will include:
- Carrying out 1st& 2nd fix plumbing repairs
- Plumbing installation
- Work on Tenanted Properties
- Fixing toilets, leaking taps
- Fitting sinks and showers
- Repairing leaks
- Minor joinery work, patch plastering and tiling
Essential Skills/Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2
- Social Hosuing Experience
Desirable Skills
- NVQ Level 3
