Venn Group has been approached by an established Housing Contractor within the Carlisle area to recruit for a Plumber on a temporary ongoing basis.
As the successful candidate you will have experience working in a similar role.
The duties will include:
- Carrying out 1st& 2nd fix plumbing repairs
- Work on Tenanted Properties
- Fixing toilets, leaking taps
- Fitting sinks and showers
- Minor associated works including basic tiling and patch plastering
Essential Skills/Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2
- Social Hosuing Experience
- Full UK Driving licence
