PPM & Asset Manager

Venn Group is currently recruiting for a PPM & Asset Manager in Berkshire to support an organisation in the effective running of their Planned Maintenance Programme and asset management.

Salary: £33k – £40.5k (pro rata)

Duration: 1 year FTC

Hours: 08:00 – 16:00, three days per week (21 hours)

Location: Berkshire

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Deliver a customer focused and efficient maintenance service in line with agreed SLAs
• Manage assets on the CAFM system, ensuring all are uploaded / deleted as appropriate
• Arrange asset surveys where required
• Manage and issue PPM tasks to staff and contractors
• Liaise with various teams to ensure remedial works and projects assets / maintenance tasks are identified with correct lists provided

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in Asset Management (ideally within Estates & Facilities)
• Strong knowledge and skills using CAFM Systems
