Procurement Specialist - Construction Frameworks

Interim Procurement Specialist

Location: Surrey, hybrid working (1 day per week onsite)

Length: 3 months (Possibility of extension)

IR35 Status: Inside

Key Responsibilities of the Procurement Specialist:

• Experience in a wide range of framework procurements
• Establish framework agreements in client areas such as assets and property, (e.g. repairs & maintenance and minor works)
• Managing full end to end tenders
• Key stakeholders relationship management

Key Skills of the Procurement Specialist

• Must be public sector procurement specialists
• Local Government experience would be advantageous
• Must be MCIPS or CIPS qualified
• Ideally have done the Procurement Act 2023 training modules
