Venn Group has been approached by an established Housing Association in Middlesbrough to recruit for a Repairs Team Leader on a temporary ongoing basis.
As the successful candidate you will have experience working in a similar role.
The duties will include:
- Carrying out post inspections of completed repair works
- Complete Health and Safety audits or future/ongoing works
- Liaise with tenants and ensure work is completed in a timely manner
- Complete 1-2-1's with trade operatives
Essential Skills/Qualifications
- HNC in a relevant field or Site Management qualifications
- Experience working in a management position
- Working with trade operatives
