Job description: We are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to join an established firm in Leeds on a permanent basis.

The firm are willing to consider both qualified or non-qualified candidates. However, the successful applicant will have at least 3 years case handling experience within Conveyancing.

Duties:

• Handling a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters
• Liaising with clients, Estate Agents, and other Fee Earners
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions

Salary: Dependant on experience
