Job description: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEN Lawyer to join a large Yorkshire council on a locum basis. This position is available fully remotely.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to manage a varied caseload of SEN Tribunal appeals. You will also be required to:

• Undertake advocacy in case management hearings and final hearings in the First Tier SEND Tribunal;
• Provide general legal advice and support to the SEN client team; and
• Deal with other Education Law matters when required.

We are accepting applications from candidates looking to work remotely and of varying levels of experience.

Hourly Rate: Dependent on Experience

Hours per week: Full time
