**New Opportunity – Service Charge Improvement Lead**

Venn Group are working with a Housing Association based in London, who are looking to recruit a Service Charge Accountant to come in and improve the service charge processes and procedures, oversee the change in Service charge methodology and lead a project to improve service charge recovery rates.

The successful Service Charge Improvement Lead will be joining a dynamic and growing organisation, who take pride in staff development and retention. They are looking to have someone start as soon as possible.

Title: Service Charge Improvement Lead  
Location: Kent
Salary: £45,000 - £47,000
Hours: Full time
Contract: 12 months Fixed Term Contract initially
Duties:

• Maximize income generation by re-designing processes and procedures 
• Provide service charge policy recommendations 
• Review current processes and procedures are efficeint and effective 
• Set service charges for new developments
• Review service charges and calculate changes
• Assist with preparation of service charge budgets

Systems / Qualifications:  

• Excel Spreadsheets
• CX Civica
• CIH Level 3 or Equivalent
