Venn Group is excited to partner with the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea to recruit a specialist CRM programme team, to deliver the Dynamics 365 CRM technical elements of the council’s resident experience transformation.
The CRM programme team will translate the council’s user and business needs into technical specifications, then work with a 3rd party CRM partner to develop these into high-quality and user-friendly digital services and functions.
The CRM developer will play a critical role in developing solutions and integrations that improve the resident experience when engaging with RBKC for service delivery. They will design, create, test and document information systems and digital services to meet defined business needs, and lead others in these tasks where necessary, pioneering the use of tools and set development standards.
Previous experience with Dynamics CRM is not required for this role.

Hybrid working is required, with the team attending the office in London once a week.
Responsibilities in post:
- Manage the CRM development process including code control, software development lifecycle, and deployment of updates to environments
- Implement and maintain CRM configurations and workflows
- Develop and maintain CRM integrations
- Customise modules, entities, forms, and views to align with business processes and ensure easy to use experience for end users
- Manage and enhance existing bespoke web (ASP NET) and .NET applications currently integrated with future migration to plugins or PowerApps
- Utilise web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) to enhance web-based CRM solutions
Desired skills and experience:
- Experience delivering customer facing digital solutions
- Strong C# and .Net development skills
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Knowledge and understanding of SQL databases and stored procedures
- Experience of working with Azure, such as App Service and DevOps
- Knowledge of utilising SharePoint with low code solutions such as Power Platform
