Tenancy Sustainment Officer
An established charitable organization is currently looking to recruit a Tenancy Sustainment Officer based in the High Wycombe area on a temporary to permanent contract.

Location: High Wycombe
Hours: 37.5 hours
Rate £18.21 per hour (Umbrella) 
Shifts: 8am-4pm, 1.30pm-9.30pm and 11am-7pm (will include 1 Sunday on an early shift) 
Duration: Temp to perm
 
Main responsibilities in the role:

•Provide an excellent customer focused service for residents ensuring that they are aware of their responsibility to pay rent on time and regularly and to advise on preventative action to be taken to stop them falling into arrears. 
• Monitor and control rent accounts, identifying potential arrears and implement early intervention procedures to practically reduce arrears.
 • Provide advice and assistance to all residents who have rent arrears.
 • Attend support worker/resident meetings if required.
 • To offer support and encourage debt counselling and signpost or refer residents to specialist advice.
 • Provide regular updates to the support team regarding individual cases. 
• Responding to queries and informing relevant parties of outstanding issues requiring action.
 • To assist with providing updates local authorities/DWP regarding changes in circumstances where necessary.
