Job Title: Transport Administrator
Job description: We are currently recruiting for a temporary Transport Administrator based in Speke, Liverpool
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Immediate start
Duties will include:
- Data entry onto excel spreadsheets
- Liaison with the Customer Service Team when required
- Checking vehicle check sheets and dealing with discrepancies
- Completing delivery notes for completed jobs, signatures and other information
- Analysing training records to understand requirements – CPC records
- Gathering vehicle file information on the computer system and creating hard copies
- Inputting dates and information on calendars
The successful candidate:
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Computer literate
- Previous experience in a transport administrator-based role is desirable, but not essential
- Can start on short notice
