Treasury Manager

Venn Group are currently partnering with a well-established Housing Association who are looking for a Treasury Manager to join their team as soon as possible.

Job title: Treasury Manager

Contract: 4-6 months

Location: Kent

The successful Treasury Manager will be responsible for:

• Manage existing and future loan funding arrangements
• Implement and maintain interest rate management processes
• Ensure the organisation’s Treasury Policy is kept up to date
• Responsible for monthly interest and accruals
• Accurately submit monthly loan compliance information
• Produce monthly cashflow forecasts
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including the Development team, Treasury advisers and Banking lawyers

Experience:

• Social Housing background
• Cloud Financials
• CCAD Qualification and or Treasury Qualification
