Workspace Change and Property Analyst
Location: Northamptonshire

A well known healthcare provider who are committed to optimising their estate’s assets to align with their strategic vision are looking for a dedicated Workspace Change and Property Analyst to support their Asset Strategy Lead in managing day-to-day space planning and estate master planning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a deputy for the Asset Strategy Lead in key meetings
- Conduct onsite data collation and analysis of space utilisation
- Develop and manage workspace allocation models
- Handle business user inquiries related to workspace allocations
- Provide space-related data for economic costing submissions
- Collaborate with various departments to understand future estate requirements
- Prepare reports for various committees
- Promote modern workspace planning techniques
- Align planning and delivery with the projects team
- Assess accommodation requests and formulate solutions
- Champion best practices in asset strategy
Required Skills and Experience:
- Professional or academic background in workplace strategy, real estate management, or space management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in change management and financial processes
- Proficiency in MiCAD CAFM system and AutoCAD
- Strong presentation and reporting skills using Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines under pressure
- Consulting background in workplace strategy and master planning
