For several years we have supported the Estates & Facilities and Admin/Reception teams of this 2023 shortlisted University of the year. Over this time, we have successfully placed various roles and built our reputation as a reliable and committed supplier.

Our solution
We began working with University of Surrey following an unsuccessful recruitment campaign conducted via other agencies and their own advertising. We grasped this opportunity to demonstrate our approach and market knowledge, having immediately identified that our ability to respond quickly would add real value to this department, as these customer-facing roles were crucial to the effective day-to-day running of the University.
Following the successful placement of this first role, we reviewed our recruitment process and performance with the client to ensure their confidence in our future ability to supply. Any improvements identified were built into our solution, and we became their first call for requirements.
