Position: Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer
Organisation: Local Authority
Duration: 3-6 months+
Working Pattern: Full Time
Working Arrangement: Remote Working
Hourly Rate: Up to £60 per hour Outside IR35
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority and can demonstrate knowledge of Adult Social Care matters.
Duties may include:
- Undertake all aspects of legal work relating to Adult Social Care Legislations including Court of Protection, Section 21a, Section 16 and Designation matters
- Liaise and work collaboratively with other legal representatives
- To prepare and manage a varied caseload in relation to Adult Social Care matters
- If candidates can conduct advocacy on behalf of the Local Authority this would be desirable, but not essential
