Inside IR35 (DOE)
Our client require multiple Infrastructure Virtualisation Engineers to join on a long-term contract.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team for the design, development and validation of all virtualisation components
- Production and review of all levels of design artefacts
- Supporting wide system testing activities
- Work alongside Service Management to resolve issues
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of experience within the defence industry with understanding of design, implementation and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi (distributed virtual switches, resource scheduler and power management)
- Hands-on experience with VMWare VSAN, vCenter, VMware NSX and VMware Horizon
- Virtualisation certification e.g. VMware VCP or similar
- SC Clearance
Desirable:
- Experience working within public sector/defence/Defence Ditial
- Experience delivering accredited secure solutions within the public dector
- Previously worked on Large Virtualisation infrastructure environments that operate to scale
