Technical Deployment Analyst – West Yorkshire

Venn Group’s North East IT team are recruiting for enthusiastic Technical Deployment Analyst’s to join a busy technical support team for an exciting deployment project!    

Location:            West Yorkshire

Rate:                   £12 – 14 per hour PAYE

Duration:            3 months initially (potential extension)

Start:                  Immediate

Day to day duties:

• Have an understanding of PC builds, installs, replacements and deployments
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all PCs, peripherals, and related equipment being decommissioned and replaced
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware components, including PCs, monitors, keyboards, mice, and other peripherals
• Assist with the installation and configuration of operating systems, drivers, and software applications on new hardware
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance procedures to ensure all hardware and software components are functioning correctly
• Maintain detailed documentation of hardware specifications, installation procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Identify and resolve hardware and software issues that arise during the decommissioning and replacement process
• Perform OS and application installs
• Have excellent Customer Focus skills
• Be able to deliver first class customer care on the delivery of client’s requests and the resolution of incidents
• Be a fast learner
• Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
